I've been with the job for a few months now.  Gotta say that this is better than my last consulting company I worked for.  we have a lot more support structure in place, and the management also seems to give more thought ahead to helping to support and train us. 

Just got home from a rather boring (for me at least) yearly kickoff for our company.  it was geared toward sales and marketing, but it was nice to meet my colleagues that I've only met in voice before.
